About the Role

In this role, you will help us close the language gap by providing exceptional translation services to our clients. As a Freelance Translator, you will work from anywhere in the world, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of remote work while contributing to meaningful projects.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality translation services from the original language to your native target language.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure adherence to project guidelines and client expectations.
• Utilize computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools like Wordbee to enhance your translation efficiency.
• Engage in continuous learning and improvement to refine your translation skills.
• Maintain a strong command of the source language and exhibit exceptional writing abilities.
• Bring your domain expertise to ensure accurate and contextually appropriate translations.
• Participate in optional technical training to enhance your skills and stay updated with industry trends.
• Deliver translations that meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a translator with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Native speaker of the target language with a strong command of the source language.
• Exceptional writing abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools, particularly Wordbee.
• Ability to adhere to project deadlines and maintain communication with project managers.
• Domain expertise in specific fields (e.g., legal, medical, technical) is a plus.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
