About the Role

This is a remote position where you will manage our social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter. As a Freelance Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating and executing social-first content strategies that reflect Paintgun's creative spirit and tone.

What You'll Do

• Manage Paintgun’s social channels from planning to publishing.
• Create and execute engaging content strategies that resonate with our audience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce and deliver posts on time.
• Own the content calendar and ensure consistent communication across all platforms.
• Monitor performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to optimize content and engagement.
• Engage with our creative community and connect with brands in the mobile app, fintech, and blockchain sectors.
• Utilize your passion for digital culture and marketing to drive engagement.
• Demonstrate strong communication and copywriting skills to craft compelling posts.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter.
• Experience managing social media for brands or personal projects.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Proactive, independent, and organized with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule effectively.
