• Support companies in registering employees for training programs.
• No contract acquisition is necessary; focus on scheduling follow-up phone appointments.
• Collaborate with a certified educational partner for further consultations.
• Earn high commissions for successful registrations, averaging 1,000€ per registered employee.
• Work as part of a supportive team, communicating effectively with clients and partners.
• Utilize transparent processes with personal login access for tracking.
• Ensure fast commission payments twice a month.
• Maintain a strong customer orientation and communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, media consulting, or tele-sales.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• A motivated sales personality with ambition.
• Reliable team player.
• Proficiency in computer usage and fluency in German.
