• Conduct interviews and present suitable candidates to the Account Manager.
• Communicate and follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Manage your own recruitment pipeline efficiently to meet hiring goals.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize digital marketing strategies to increase visibility and attract candidates.

Requirements

• Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Motivated and ambitious personality with a passion for recruitment.
• Fluency in English is a strong advantage.
• Background in recruitment is helpful but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and work independently.
