What You'll Do

  • Communicate fluently in German, both spoken and written, to connect with a diverse range of candidates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within the IT and Engineering sectors.
  • Strong skills in active sourcing and candidate engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in German is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to embrace the freelance work model and adapt to various project needs.
