As a Freelance Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and selecting candidates who are essential for advancing healthcare initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various clinical trial positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the Talent Manager to tailor recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals.
• Schedule and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate tracking of applicants.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, especially within the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Russian.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
