Freelance Product Designer - UX Focused
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Freelance Product Designer to join DotWorld, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience across our three SaaS products. As a Freelance Product Designer, you will lead UX initiatives and contribute to designing smoother, more intuitive user journeys. This role requires fluency in French, with English as a secondary language, making it a unique opportunity to work in a multilingual environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct user research, including interviews and behavior analysis, to gather insights that inform design decisions.
- Identify friction points in existing user journeys and leverage psychological principles to enhance user satisfaction.
- Prototype UX hypotheses and create interactive wireframes using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align design strategies with business goals.
- Propose UX improvements based on data and user insights, ensuring a user-centered design approach.
- Document and share learnings in Notion to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor the impact of design changes on key metrics to evaluate success.
- Work autonomously while also being an active collaborator within a team of 9, including 5 Product Managers and 4 Designers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UX design experience in digital products, ideally within SaaS.
- Intermediate to senior profile with a strong interest in product psychology and understanding user behavior.
- Solid grasp of UX research methods and good UI sensitivity to design simple and functional interfaces.
- Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and comfortable with documentation tools like Notion.
- Excellent communication skills and natural leadership abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English.

- Experience in conducting A/B testing to validate design decisions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.
