About the Role

We are seeking a Freelance Multilingual Interview Host to join our dynamic team remotely. As a Freelance Multilingual Interview Host, you will play a crucial role in managing online interviews for market research studies. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure successful project completion while addressing any technical issues that arise. This position allows you to work from anywhere in the world, providing you with the flexibility to manage your time effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with day-to-day call management of market research studies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Must be multilingual in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese.
  • Experience with qualitative online platforms is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse respondents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with good time management skills.
