About the Role

We are seeking a Freelance Multilingual Interview Host to join our dynamic team. This remote position allows you to manage online interviews for market research, ensuring that projects are completed on time while providing essential technical support. As a Freelance Multilingual Interview Host, you will be a vital point of contact for any technical platform issues that may arise during interviews.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare respondents for scheduled interviews, ensuring they are comfortable and informed.
  • Facilitate and troubleshoot interviews, addressing any technical difficulties that may occur.
  • Support moderator and interpreter training, enhancing the quality of our interview processes.
  • Document technical issues and their resolutions to improve future operations.
  • Stay updated on product features to provide the best support possible.
  • Communicate issues effectively to the product owner and engineering team to facilitate quick resolutions.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment, promoting a positive and productive atmosphere.
  • Utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with respondents and team members.

Requirements

  • Must be multilingual in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Experience with qualitative online platforms is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of both Windows and Apple operating systems.
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate technical steps in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges effectively.
