About the Role

Requirements
- Must be multilingual in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience with qualitative online platforms is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of both Windows and Apple operating systems.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate technical steps in a friendly and approachable manner.
