Freelance Digital Designer - Performance Creative

About the Role

Monks is seeking a Freelance Digital Designer to enhance our creative service capabilities. This position is fully remote and will last until the end of January 2026. As a Freelance Digital Designer, you will collaborate with our media buying team and clients to create impactful digital ads that drive results. What You'll Do

• Conceptualize and design digital ads for paid media campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the media buying team and clients to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
• Create compelling proposals and mockups for client pitches.
• Ensure all designs adhere to client style guides and best practices.
• Utilize your knowledge of paid media platforms to optimize ad performance.
• Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Work in both B2C and B2B environments to deliver tailored creative solutions.
• Engage with Gen AI tools to enhance design processes where applicable.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in paid media ad design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• A 4-year college degree in design or equivalent experience.
• Experience using Google Suite and Figma is advantageous.
• Familiarity with performance marketing best practices is a plus.
