About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Freelance D2C Supply Chain & Data Specialist to join our fully remote pet brand. In this role, you will support and optimize our supply chain by coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, managing inventory flows, and working with data to support forecasting and operational planning. This Freelance D2C Supply Chain & Data Specialist remote position offers you the chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-moving D2C brand.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain daily communication with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Monitor, automate, and optimize data across supply chain systems.
  • Coordinate product branding and packaging specifications with suppliers.
  • Support evaluation of potential new products.
  • Conduct data analysis on inventory databases and purchase orders.
  • Provide ownership and meaningful impact in a fast-moving D2C brand.
  • Join a remote, international team dedicated to improving pet lives.
  • Opportunity for travel to suppliers and partners.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in supply chain, preferably with a D2C brand.
  • Available at least 20 hours a week during CET mornings.
  • Freelance registration required.
