What You'll Do
- Respond to customer support inquiries via our social media channels, primarily Instagram.
- Provide friendly and competent information regarding products, orders, and general questions.
- Actively approach potential cooperation and advertising partners on Instagram.
- Maintain and track influencer collaborations in organized Excel spreadsheets.
- Work independently and reliably for about 2 hours daily, adapting your schedule as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in customer support and handling social media, particularly Instagram.
- Strong communication skills in German.
- Reliable and independent working style.
- Ability to work flexibly and remotely for approximately 2 hours each day.
- A friendly demeanor and enjoyment in contacting customers and cooperation partners.
