What You'll Do

• Develop engaging rewards, pledge levels, and campaign pages to attract and retain backers.
• Collaborate with design teams to brief and deliver campaign assets effectively.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote crowdfunding initiatives.
• Manage live crowdfunding campaigns, responding to backers and monitoring performance metrics.
• Support post-campaign activities, including pledge managers and backer communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing crowdfunding campaigns, particularly in the gaming industry.
• Strong communication skills to engage with backers and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively with design teams to create compelling campaign materials.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and social media platforms to enhance campaign visibility.
• A proactive and creative mindset to develop innovative solutions for campaign success.

Nice to Have
