About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and assess the quality of responses in Biology-related content.
  • Create scoring criteria for question-answer pairs to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Moderate Discord chats for project-related queries and assist team members.
  • Review and evaluate tasks completed by AI Trainers, providing constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of educational content in Biology.
  • Assess qualification tests of experts for competency in the field.
  • Work independently with a flexible schedule to manage project timelines.
  • Engage with a community of experts and contribute to meaningful advancements in AI technology.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Biology with a strong understanding of the subject matter.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance preferred, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to create and refine educational content effectively.
  • Good communication skills for chat moderation and team collaboration.
  • Experience in auditing and providing feedback on work quality.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Access to Discord for communication and collaboration.
