About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Fraud Prevention Specialist to join Mellon Technologies in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and preventing suspicious banking transactions. As a Fraud Prevention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our clients' financial interests and ensuring the integrity of banking operations.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze banking transactions for potential fraud.
• Communicate daily with various bank departments to assist in fraud cases.
• Engage with existing bank clients regarding anti-fraud issues.
• Create detailed reports on suspicious activities and trends.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance fraud detection strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in afternoon and evening shifts.
• Experience in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit.
