About the Role

Join Vagaro as a Franchisee Partnership Manager (FPM) in a remote capacity, where your role will significantly impact our franchise partners' success. This position is designed for a driven individual who thrives in a collaborative and innovative environment. As a Franchisee Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption across assigned franchise partners, making this a pivotal role in our organization.

What You'll Do

  • Own a quota-carrying book of franchise partners, with compensation tied to performance against adoption and revenue goals.
  • Drive new location signups and product adoption within assigned franchise territories.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Franchisees, assisting them in setting actionable, measurable business goals tied to growth and profitability.
  • Deliver tailored coaching and enablement to franchise partners and their location teams.
  • Analyze franchise and location-level KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and develop action plans to improve engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Education, Product, and Ops to support franchise-wide initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with franchise owners and key decision-makers.
  • Represent the voice of the franchise partner internally to influence strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Los Angeles Metro area, specifically in Los Angeles, Santa Ana, or San Bernardino.
  • 4+ years of experience in multi-unit franchise operations, franchise sales, partnerships, or account management.
  • Experience in a quota-carrying, performance-based role is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting KPIs and performance data.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex relationships across multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, growth-oriented environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the beauty, wellness, or fitness industry.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and their implementation in franchise operations.
