FP&A Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented FP&A Analyst to join our team at Maxcess. This is a fantastic opportunity for an FP&A Analyst looking for a remote position where you can contribute to a global organization. As an FP&A Analyst, you will analyze revenue, order intake, COGS, SG&A, and Capex, providing critical insights that drive our business forward.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial metrics including revenue, order intake, and operational performance.
• Calculate budgets and quarterly forecasts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Establish local metrics to measure operational performance effectively.
• Support local accounting with calculations and financial reporting.
• Prepare various ad-hoc analyses to assist management in decision-making.
• Escalate financial issues to management as necessary.
• Collaborate with senior managers in the accounting and finance teams across the EMEA region.
• Act as a business partner for our organization, particularly for our RotoMetrics brand and Grossmehring production site.

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in controlling or a comparable qualification.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in MS Excel.
• Experience with Hyperion or OneStream is a plus.
• Background in a manufacturing company is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in both German and English (B2 level) in spoken and written form.
• Analytical thinking and systematic working style.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Enjoy working in an international and virtual team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
