About the Role

We are looking for a Founding Engineer - Full-Stack Builder (Remote) to join our innovative team. As a key member of our startup, you will have the opportunity to shape the technical direction and architecture of our products. What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of our core platform using technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python.

  • Integrate AI technologies and LLM APIs to enhance user experience and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements.
  • Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications by optimizing code and infrastructure.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Take full technical ownership of the build, ensuring quality and timely delivery of features.
  • Contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure management (AWS, GCP).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on React and Node.js.
  • Proficient in Python and experience with AI technologies and integrations.
  • Solid understanding of API development and backend services.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with OLAP DBMS and data analytics.
  • Experience with SvelteJS or TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
