Foreign Exchange Dealer - On-Site Role in Limassol

About the Role

We’re looking for a Foreign Exchange Dealer to join a fast-moving trading operations team in Limassol. As a Foreign Exchange Dealer, you will be executing FX and futures trades, managing algorithmic positions, and ensuring smooth brokerage operations during global market openings. This is a full-time, on-site role — remote work is not available, and an immediate start is preferred.

What You'll Do

• Trade Execution: Use deep MT4/MT5 expertise to manage FX trades, orders, and algorithmic execution.
• Position Management: Oversee hedges, portfolios, and trade adjustments while ensuring precision under pressure.
• Reporting & Accounting: Prepare financial statements, transaction logs, and performance summaries.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and optimize execution metrics (slippage, latency, fill rates).
• Strategy Development: Apply experience in FX and futures to refine trading strategies in volatile markets.
• Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships through timely updates, reporting, and strategic advice.
• Technical Collaboration: Work with developers on trading tools, APIs, and automation.
• Teamwork: Contribute to a collaborative, innovation-driven environment with a proactive mindset.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven background in FX trading and futures; prior work at an FX brokerage with expert knowledge of MT4/MT5 (required).
• Skills: Strong reporting and accounting abilities with attention to precision and timing.
• Mindset: Resilient under pressure, ethical, detail-oriented, and decision-driven.
• Personality: Energetic, ambitious, and eager to grow in a competitive trading environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred).
• Availability: Immediate start; must be able to work early morning hours.

Nice to Have
