About the Role

What You'll Do
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
- Assist clients in understanding their retirement plan options and compliance requirements.
- Conduct audits and ensure data accuracy throughout the onboarding process.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to manage client data and track onboarding progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients during their onboarding journey.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in client support or onboarding is a plus.
