About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated First Year Plan Onboarding Analyst - Remote to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the onboarding process for our clients, ensuring a smooth transition into their retirement plans. As a First Year Plan Onboarding Analyst, you will work closely with clients to provide exceptional support and guidance, leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
  • Assist clients in understanding their retirement plan options and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct audits and ensure data accuracy throughout the onboarding process.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to manage client data and track onboarding progress.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients during their onboarding journey.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in client support or onboarding is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with retirement plan administration and compliance testing.
  • Knowledge of KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance.
