What You'll Do

• Accurately process teller transactions, including loan payments and fund transfers.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of negotiable instruments such as cash and checks.
• Efficiently and accurately record information related to member transactions.
• Research and resolve members’ concerns to ensure high-quality service.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to enhance member engagement.
• Utilize software systems effectively to perform member transactions.

Requirements

• Previous cash handling and/or customer service experience is essential.
• A desire to provide outstanding member service and support.
• Ability to cross-sell effectively and contribute to team goals.
• Self-motivated with good communication skills.
• Dependable and punctual in attendance.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary range of $19.07 - $29.59/hour, translating to an annual salary of approximately $39,600 - $61,400.
