Financial Manager - iGaming Industry
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join our international iGaming company with a strong presence across multiple markets. This Financial Manager role offers a unique opportunity to engage in hands-on financial operations, international reporting, and cash flow management in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
What You'll Do
- Execute payments via multiple banking systems including multi-bank, SWIFT, and SEPA.
- Prepare and issue invoices to partners while monitoring incoming payments.
- Manage and control accounts receivable and payable effectively.
- Communicate with bank support teams to resolve any issues.
- Prepare documentation for bank compliance and KYC procedures.
- Monitor cash flow and allocate budgets across various legal entities.
- Handle legal entities and international reporting requirements.
- Prepare documentation for VAT filings and annual reports.
- Liaise with external auditors, collecting and providing required documentation.
- Review and approve reports submitted by external auditors.
- Participate in legal and corporate matters alongside the legal team, including deal structuring and contract review.
- Prepare management reports upon request from leadership.
- Maintain budgets, control cash flow, and perform plan-vs-actual analysis.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar financial role.
- Hands-on experience working with international banks and compliance requirements.
- Solid understanding of international financial and tax reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Confident spoken and written English, as it is the working language.
- Strong attention to detail, structured mindset, and ability to work independently.

- Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or international companies with multi-country operations.
