Financial Manager - iGaming Industry

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join our international iGaming company with a strong presence across multiple markets. This Financial Manager role offers a unique opportunity to engage in hands-on financial operations, international reporting, and cash flow management in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

What You'll Do

• Execute payments via multiple banking systems including multi-bank, SWIFT, and SEPA.
• Prepare and issue invoices to partners while monitoring incoming payments.
• Manage and control accounts receivable and payable effectively.
• Communicate with bank support teams to resolve any issues.
• Prepare documentation for bank compliance and KYC procedures.
• Monitor cash flow and allocate budgets across various legal entities.
• Handle legal entities and international reporting requirements.
• Prepare documentation for VAT filings and annual reports.
• Liaise with external auditors, collecting and providing required documentation.
• Review and approve reports submitted by external auditors.
• Participate in legal and corporate matters alongside the legal team, including deal structuring and contract review.
• Prepare management reports upon request from leadership.
• Maintain budgets, control cash flow, and perform plan-vs-actual analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar financial role.
• Hands-on experience working with international banks and compliance requirements.
• Solid understanding of international financial and tax reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Confident spoken and written English, as it is the working language.
• Strong attention to detail, structured mindset, and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or international companies with multi-country operations.
