Financial Controller - Remote Position at BCD Travel

About the Role

Join BCD Travel as a Financial Controller, EMEA (Remote) and take charge of overseeing all aspects of finance and accounting functions. In this role, you will ensure compliance with legal and company reporting obligations while providing updates on financial performance to senior management. This is an exciting opportunity for a Financial Controller to make a significant impact within a global team.

What You'll Do

• Provide oversight and strategic direction to the finance reporting area.
• Ensure all policies comply with federal and state laws, supporting the company's fiscal strength.
• Manage the Finance Department, including general accounting, payroll, and Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) functions.
• Review monthly consolidated and branch financial statements, including projections and variance analysis.
• Maintain division financial records and contracts in an orderly manner, ensuring confidentiality and organized access.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and business plans.

Requirements

• Previous experience in finance, accounting, or control.
• Sound knowledge of controlling, financial reporting, and analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP / R3 FI & CO.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Independent, goal-oriented work style with excellent communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
