About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our dynamic team at Campari Group. This remote Financial Controller position offers an exciting opportunity to lead financial operations and ensure compliance across our organization. You will report directly to the Finance Director and play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our financial reporting.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Collaborate with group functions such as Tax, Treasury, and IFRS to streamline financial operations.
  • Implement process automation and AI solutions to enhance decision-making and business growth.
  • Act as a business partner, fostering relationships with key stakeholders across various functions.
  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
  • Monitor cash flow forecasts and collaborate with Group Treasury to optimize financing strategies.
  • Manage tax compliance and work closely with tax advisors to meet all obligations.
  • Support internal and external audit processes to ensure adherence to financial regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required; CMA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of Indian accounting principles and tax structures.
  • Experience in budget administration and strategic planning.
