About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Finance & Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Finance & Operations Associate, you will help streamline processes and contribute to the overall success of our fast-growing SaaS company.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting, providing insights for decision-making.
• Conduct cash flow forecasting and financial recordkeeping to support operational efficiency.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets for financial tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational workflows and compliance.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in finance or operations roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in strategic finance and cash flow management.
• Familiarity with IT systems administration.
• Knowledge of AR/AP processes and payroll management.
