About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic initiatives and drive business performance.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop financial models that inform decision-making.
• Manage cash flow and ensure optimal financial health of the organization.
• Support revenue recognition and compliance with accounting standards.
• Contribute to the development of financial strategies that align with company goals.
• Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Utilize your expertise in financial operations to enhance reporting and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on financial planning and analysis.
• Proven track record in a leadership role within a finance department.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Typescript, NodeJS, or NestJS is a plus.
