Finance and Insurance Manager - Automotive Dealership

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team at Doherty Automotive Group. This Finance and Insurance Manager remote position offers a unique opportunity to work in a leading automotive dealership that prioritizes exceptional customer service and a positive work environment. You will play a crucial role in helping customers secure financing and finalize sales contracts while providing additional products such as extended warranties and GAP insurance.

What You'll Do

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with finance and insurance product sources.
• Submit documentation to obtain approvals for finance transactions.
• Collaborate with sales management to ensure 100% turnover to the Finance and Insurance department.
• Work with sales managers to secure reasonable profits from transactions.
• Prepare monthly reports on finance penetration and products sold.
• Ensure accuracy of customer information in dealership databases.
• Acquire licenses for selling insurance, if applicable.
• Complete all training certifications as directed by management.

Requirements

• Proven track record of producing between $2500 - $3000 PVR.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Prior automotive experience preferred.
