• Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel to manage budgets and financial forecasts.
• Support audit processes and ensure timely completion of financial audits.
• Participate in risk management initiatives to identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Contribute to talent acquisition efforts by providing insights on financial roles and requirements.
• Engage in business analysis to enhance financial strategies and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in finance is a plus.
