FIG Compliance Quality Assurance Executive - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated FIG Compliance Quality Assurance Executive to join our team remotely. In this role, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and enhance our quality assurance processes. As a FIG Compliance Quality Assurance Executive, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our operations and ensuring that we meet all necessary compliance requirements.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough quality assurance assessments to ensure compliance with AML and KYC regulations.
• Utilize your expertise in risk management to identify potential compliance issues and recommend solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to enhance client relationships and ensure effective communication regarding compliance standards.
• Analyze data using SQL and Python to support compliance initiatives and improve processes.
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory monitoring and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions to educate staff on compliance and quality assurance best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry standards.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in compliance quality assurance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AML, KYC, and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems and data entry.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the biotech or healthcare compliance sectors.
• Familiarity with procurement and supplier management.
• Certifications in compliance or quality assurance.
