Field Service Technician - Remote Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices including security cameras and automation systems.
• Engage in consultative sales by evaluating customer needs and recommending equipment upgrades.
• Educate customers on the use of their new systems to enhance their home security.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to develop your skills and advance your career.
• Conduct safety analyses of homes to ensure a safe working environment for both technicians and customers.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and climb ladders up to 14 feet.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on integrity and rapport building.
• Experience in retail, B2C sales, or service-based sales is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and meet licensing requirements.

Nice to Have

• Experience in cable/satellite installation, pest control, or construction.
• Technical aptitude in smart home technology.
