About the Role

We are seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator remote to join our dynamic team at Diligent Corporation. As a Field Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts across various regions, particularly within our Mission-Driven Organizations (MDO) Business Unit. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading SaaS company that specializes in governance, risk, and compliance solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Support the logistics and execution of Field Marketing events, including third-party conferences and Diligent-owned events.
  • Coordinate inventory selection and manage outbound and return shipments for all exhibit materials.
  • Manage all events projects using Wrike project management system to document tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Execute exhibitor services orders, ensuring that advance discounts and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Assist Field Marketing Managers in managing contracts with event vendors and service providers.
  • Work with print and promotional services vendors to create and deliver supporting materials for events on time and within budget.
  • Support the execution of all pre- and post-event marketing communications, including email and social media follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with web publishing and marketing operations systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, Marketo, and Wrike is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team across different time zones.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering quality results.
  • Willingness to commute to our Galway office location as needed.
