Field Action Remediation Specialist - Remote Role

About the Role

We are hiring a Field Action Remediation Specialist to join our remote team. This role involves working overnight hours to support our customers primarily in the US, ensuring that downtime occurs during the night. You will be responsible for implementing remote software and firmware deployments, configuring devices, and performing remediation activities in an FDA-regulated environment.

What You'll Do

• Implement remote software and firmware deployments for various devices.
• Configure devices in RSS and perform necessary remediation activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support during overnight hours.
• Maintain meticulous documentation practices in compliance with FDA regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven applied experience in a technical support role.
• Deep technical orientation with experience deploying proprietary and standard applications.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and domain security.
• Experience working in FDA-regulated environments is essential.
• Ability to work overnight hours (12 AM to 8 AM EST).

Nice to Have

• 3-5 years of service experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronic systems.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and SQL.
• Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux environments.
• Familiarity with remote access tools and SQL scripting.
