Farm Standard Staff - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Farm Standard Staff to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring farm management processes related to biosecurity, animal welfare, and ensuring high-quality poultry production. As a Farm Standard Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the standards required for sustainable and high-quality poultry production.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement farming standards in accordance with HACCP and LR guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, industry standards, and customer-specific requirements regarding animal welfare.
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure farms meet hygiene and biosecurity requirements.
• Support farms in meeting evaluation and inspection requirements from governmental bodies, customers, and third-party certification organizations.
• Monitor and evaluate farm conditions to optimize poultry health through effective environmental control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience in farm management or related roles.
• Knowledge of international and national standards applicable to poultry farming.
• Understanding of biosecurity principles and practices in poultry production.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ISO, GMP, and HACCP documentation.
• Familiarity with data analytics and quality control processes.
• Strong communication skills in English.
