We are currently seeking an Expert Subtitle Translator/QCer - English to Galician, Basque, Catalan (Remote) to join our global localization network. This freelance opportunity is perfect for translators with proven and solid experience in subtitling for the TV and Movie industry. As an Expert Subtitle Translator, you will work independently, ensuring high-quality translations that resonate with audiences. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a diverse team of professionals.

What You'll Do

• Translate subtitles from English into Galician, Basque, or Catalan with a focus on the TV and Movie industry.
• Ensure accuracy and cultural relevance in translations.
• Work independently while adhering to project deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members.
• Maintain attention to detail in all translations and quality checks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in subtitling, specifically in the TV and Movie industry.
• Fluency in English and at least one of the target languages (Galician, Basque, or Catalan).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to send CV in English only; non-English CVs will not be considered.
