What You'll Do

  • Perform multi-point inspections on dealership vehicles to ensure quality and safety.
  • Identify and troubleshoot vehicle issues effectively.
  • Conduct repairs including engine and transmission replacements, electrical system inspections, brake, suspension, and steering work.
  • Repair climate control systems and perform alignment work.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
  • Document work performed on all vehicles accurately to ensure transparency and efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an automotive technician, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair methods.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with hybrid and electric vehicles.
  • ASE certification or equivalent qualifications.
  • Knowledge of advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
