Event Marketing Manager - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Event Marketing Manager to join our team at HEN Technologies. This remote position will allow you to lead our event marketing strategy, planning, execution, and performance reporting. As an Event Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement through innovative events.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage HEN’s annual conference and event calendar, ensuring all events align with our strategic goals.
- Launch and scale HEN’s digital/virtual event program beginning in 2026, adapting to the latest trends in event marketing.
- Plan and execute logistics for tradeshows, conferences, training, and live demonstrations, ensuring seamless execution.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at events, engaging with firefighters, customers, and distributor partners to promote our innovative fire suppression solutions.
- Develop and execute pre-event, on-site, and post-event marketing strategies to drive attendance, engagement, and lead capture.
- Track event performance, lead generation, pipeline influence, and ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and execution across all marketing channels.
- Manage event budgets, track spending, and ensure programs meet performance goals while remaining within budget.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in event marketing or event management, with a strong focus on both in-person and digital/virtual events.
- Proven project management skills, capable of managing multiple programs, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in building integrated event campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid media.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking ROI and lead performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience in B2B, manufacturing, public safety, or fire service-adjacent industries is a plus.

- Familiarity with data analytics tools and performance testing methodologies.
