About the Role
We are looking for an Esri GIS Business Support Specialist to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will communicate and explain the capabilities of Esri products to customers and stakeholders clearly and accurately. As an Esri GIS Business Support Specialist, you'll support product presentations and convey key features and benefits comprehensively, ensuring easy understanding for all users.
What You'll Do
- Provide hotline/support services in accordance with defined service level agreements (SLA).
- Publish and update product capability information through internal and external channels to foster awareness and understanding.
- Support the data team in analyzing issues and providing appropriate solution recommendations.
- Continuously improve work processes while enhancing your own work efficiency.
- Engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geography, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 0-3 years of work experience (new graduates are welcome).
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.
- Strong teamwork skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
