About the Role

We are looking for an experienced EPC Project Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the execution of engineering, procurement, and construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. As an EPC Project Manager, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, manage resources, and drive project success while working remotely.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage EPC projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction personnel.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Notion and Monday.com for tracking progress and managing resources.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an EPC Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Notion, Monday.com).
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the construction or electrical distribution industry is preferred.
