About the Role

We're hiring an Entry-Level Python & Node.js Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at BeaconFire Inc. As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be involved in creating scalable and secure web applications using Python, Flask, Node.js, and React.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Python, Flask, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code to enhance application performance.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across projects.
  • Conduct testing to validate application functionality and reliability.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with an Agile team to meet sprint goals and project deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest tools, libraries, and best practices in web development.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python 3 and/or JavaScript (ES6).
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and data structures.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience using Git or other version control systems.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in Python development with Flask or Django.
  • 0–1 year of experience in JavaScript development with React or Node.js.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API development.
  • Exposure to AWS or other cloud services is a plus.
