About the Role

We are seeking an Entry-Level IV&V Engineer to join our team at LSE Space. This IV&V Engineer remote position is based in Darmstadt, Germany, where you will contribute to our mission of supporting satellite operations and ensuring the success of space missions. Your role will be pivotal in performing integration, verification, and validation tasks in a Linux environment.

What You'll Do

  • Perform integration, verification, and validation (IVV) tasks in a Linux environment.
  • Assist in developing and executing test scenarios and test scripts to validate system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during system integration and testing.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to understand system architecture and ensure proper functionality.
  • Document test results, issues, and troubleshooting steps to improve future processes.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
  • Continuously explore new tools and methods to enhance testing and validation processes.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science or a similar subject.
  • Strong proficiency in Linux environments, including system administration and command-line usage.
  • Programming knowledge with a solid understanding of C++ and Java for system integration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
