Enterprise Network Management and Operations Manager - Remote Path Available

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Network Management and Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of a large enterprise network supporting clinical, business, and communication systems. This Enterprise Network Management and Operations Manager remote position will oversee network infrastructure across routers, switches, wireless controllers, access points, firewalls, and network appliances.

What You'll Do

• Drive network strategy, lifecycle management, service continuity, and compliance programs (JCAHO, HIPAA, HITRUST).
• Guide initiatives in network automation, monitoring, patch management, application delivery, and cloud computing.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to define standards, implement best practices, and support long-term tech planning.
• Manage and mentor technical staff while maintaining a high-availability, 24/7 enterprise environment.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years in IT/network management with experience supporting large or multi-level organizations.
• Strong expertise in network architecture, automation, cloud (Azure preferred), and enterprise-scale infrastructure.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with compliance frameworks like JCAHO, HIPAA, and HITRUST.
• Familiarity with cloud services and network automation tools.

What We Offer

• Base salary up to $175K with a 10% annual bonus (standard, non-negotiable).
• Relocation support of up to $12K.
• Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite weekly for the first 6-12 months.
• Remote path eligibility once roadmap is set and relationships built.
• Flexibility for local candidates; additional base to support hotel/travel until remote.
