Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in employee experience, HR, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Experience with HR technology and tools, including data management systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of conversational AI and voice user interface design.
• Project management experience in a digital transformation context.
