EMEA Community Manager - Remote Position at Crypto.com

About the Role

As the EMEA Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Crypto.com's presence in the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with our community and create memorable experiences. In this EMEA Community Manager remote role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful in-person events across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

What You'll Do

• Identify opportunities for long-term community events that align with Crypto.com's priorities.
• Own the planning and execution of events, from small workshops to large conferences across key cities in the EMEA region.
• Define event goals, OKRs, and success metrics, conducting data-driven postmortems to improve future events.
• Establish and manage event budgets and timelines effectively.
• Manage relationships with vendors and agencies to ensure smooth event execution.
• Adapt to regional, cultural, and venue-specific requirements to ensure events resonate locally.
• Develop operational standards and playbooks to maintain consistent branding and ambiance across events.
• Champion high-quality standards throughout all stages of event planning and execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of community and event management experience.
• Comfortable working off-hours and adapting to flexible schedules as needed.
• Exceptional time management, communication, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Experience in building events within the Web3/crypto industry.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Creatively inclined with a strong eye for design and execution.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools in community engagement.
• Familiarity with data analysis for event impact assessment.
