Email Marketing Manager - E-commerce Remote
About the Role
We're hiring an Email Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Mint Source. This is a fully remote position where you will manage email and SMS marketing strategies for multiple e-commerce brands. As an Email Marketing Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue and engagement through high-performing campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute email and SMS marketing strategies for 5-7 e-commerce brands using Klaviyo and related platforms.
- Own end-to-end campaign delivery, from strategy and setup through launch, QA, and post-campaign analysis.
- Act as the main client contact by joining meetings, sharing weekly performance reports, and responding to questions via Slack and email.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and technicians to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
- Monitor and optimize performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and revenue contribution.
- Run A/B tests, manage segmentation, and build automations to improve engagement and conversions.
- Ensure all campaigns meet quality and compliance standards, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR requirements.
- Manage tasks and timelines using structured workflows in ClickUp and Slack to keep projects on track.
Requirements
- 3.5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce email and SMS marketing with strong Klaviyo expertise (certification preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously while maintaining high execution quality.
- Deep understanding of email and SMS automation, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
- Comfort reviewing designs in Figma and working within project management tools like ClickUp and Slack.
- Strong written and spoken English with confidence in client-facing communication.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to identify issues, recommend improvements, and act on insights.
- Experience with Postscript, Attentive, or subscription platforms such as Recharge or Bold is a plus.
- A structured, detail-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment managing overlapping deadlines.
