About the Role

We are seeking an ELearning Graphic Designer Associate to join our dynamic team remotely. As an ELearning Graphic Designer Associate, you will contribute to a variety of projects that require diverse media and design skills. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for creating engaging visual content that supports e-learning initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Conceptualize and create static designs (storyboards/sample layouts) using tools from the Adobe suite and traditional print software.
  • Develop dynamic and engaging project materials that are creative, high-quality, and align with brand standards and client expectations.
  • Transform written content into strong creative graphic ideas/solutions for various media.
  • Collaborate with Learning Directors, Learning Managers, and Instructional Designers to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Manage time effectively to balance the demands of multiple concurrent projects and schedules.
  • Recognize internal and client budget constraints to align designs and overall design approach.
  • Catalog new and existing concepts and assets for efficient future reuse.
  • Establish and maintain a searchable repository of design samples.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • Exceptional conceptual visual design skills.
  • High proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is critical.
  • Broad knowledge of designing for various e-learning industry tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of the e-learning industry is mandatory.
  • Ability to set up and manage an archive of existing and newly created material and visual concepts.
  • Degree in design or relevant work experience.
