About the Role

What You'll Do

- Provide expert support for the Copilot Service Workspace and Channel Integration Framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members on Dynamics 365 functionalities.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Customer Service Specialist, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Experience in B2C environments, particularly in healthcare or insurance verification.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with Agile project management tools.
- Previous call center experience is a plus.
