Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Customer Service Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in customer service modules.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Azure, and ETL processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

  • Experience in the banking or insurance sectors.
  • Familiarity with SAP HR and HCM systems.
