What You'll Do

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Customer Service Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in customer service modules.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Experience with JavaScript, Azure, and ETL processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

- Experience in the banking or insurance sectors.
- Familiarity with SAP HR and HCM systems.
