What You'll Do
- Review and analyze documentation for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline documentation processes.
- Prepare user manuals and training materials to facilitate client onboarding.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create and manage documentation.
- Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements.
- Provide troubleshooting support and technical communication to clients.
- Assist in project management tasks related to documentation and software implementation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and client support throughout the documentation process.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Documentation Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with SWIFT and XML is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with business processes and documentation standards.
- Experience in client services or software consulting is preferred.
