About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Legal Counsel to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in shaping our corporate Inclusion strategy and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. As a Director of Legal Counsel remote, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence decision-making processes and provide expert legal advice.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage legal matters related to Inclusion, advising on strategies and risks.
  • Collaborate with the Global Labor and Employment Team on corporate strategic Inclusion projects.
  • Influence decision-making by providing expert legal counsel to clients and collaborators.
  • Identify legal trends and provide risk-mitigated recommendations to support business objectives.
  • Educate clients and partners on legal matters, fostering a culture of compliance.

Requirements

  • J.D. degree with 7+ years of labor and employment legal experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with EEOC and advising on labor and employment matters.
  • Deep experience in anti-discrimination and Inclusion strategies.
  • Outstanding project management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Leadership experience in Inclusion practices.
  • Experience in a corporate legal environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and policies.
