About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Legal Counsel to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in shaping our corporate Inclusion strategy and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. As a Director of Legal Counsel remote, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence decision-making processes and provide expert legal advice.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage legal matters related to Inclusion, advising on strategies and risks.
- Collaborate with the Global Labor and Employment Team on corporate strategic Inclusion projects.
- Influence decision-making by providing expert legal counsel to clients and collaborators.
- Identify legal trends and provide risk-mitigated recommendations to support business objectives.
- Educate clients and partners on legal matters, fostering a culture of compliance.
Requirements
- J.D. degree with 7+ years of labor and employment legal experience.
- Demonstrated experience with EEOC and advising on labor and employment matters.
- Deep experience in anti-discrimination and Inclusion strategies.
- Outstanding project management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.

- Leadership experience in Inclusion practices.
- Experience in a corporate legal environment.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and policies.
