Director of Growth Marketing - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to join our team at In Tandem, a company dedicated to enhancing family life through technology. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our paid marketing efforts across our family of brands. You will play a crucial role in driving subscriber growth and optimizing our marketing strategies.
What You'll Do
- Lead the paid media strategy and execution for our family subscription brands, managing campaign builds, optimization, and performance pacing.
- Collaborate with Data, Finance, and Product teams to develop and refine measurement frameworks that enhance our marketing effectiveness.
- Define key growth marketing objectives, focusing on new subscriber acquisition, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV:CAC) ratios.
- Build infrastructure for accurate attribution, forecasting, and experimentation to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Translate performance insights into actionable strategies that drive incrementality and enhance our marketing efforts.
- Work cross-functionally to align messaging and creative with our brand promises, fostering a collaborative feedback loop.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing, particularly within subscription-based business models.
- Proven track record of driving significant business outcomes in the mobile app space.
- Experience in building performance measurement frameworks and collaborating with data/BI teams.
- Comfortable working hands-on in consumer-centric ad platforms while managing overall strategy.
- Analytical proficiency in turning large data sets into actionable insights that inform strategy.
Nice to Have
- Experience with programmatic advertising, audio, CTV, and other emerging channels beyond Meta and Google.
- A background in family-oriented products or services.
